Processing dreams...

So I missed a week updating you however the next week of the cleanse was an extension of no snacking...it was no desserts. It went quite well managed to have no desserts.

The coffee on the other is not going so well. I have been having coffee again, I would say 5-6 cups a week...this is not good but I am still keeping my water intake up and feeling better for it.

Started to get a cold towards the end of last week...by now I would be a pile of self pity and fever but I really think the cleanse has helped me stay on top of the symptoms. I have also been eating healing foods lots of chicken, chili, ginger, carrots, and green leafy vegetables...trying hard to stay away from sugars and processed foods making it easy for my bosy to digest so more energy can go in to making me better.

Which brings me to the next stage of the detox...no processed foods...this should be an interesting one because I use two of the really busy days of the week to eat fozen meals ***enter shocked expression*** however that is a big no no this coming week...all of my foods must be as close to home made as possible...usually that would include all breads, dips etc however as this is a soft detox I am making some exceptions...being bread and dips...I will be having flat bread with no additives and dips with no additives...if I was doing this hard core I would make some dips in advance for the week but I will be having nasty free hummus. As for dinner I made today a soup cooking day and have made double batches of two soups so that it will cover my busy nights...so this is the menu for next week;

Sunday: Lion's head meatballs
Monday: Fresh vegetable omelette
Tuesday: Vegetable stack
Wednesday: Chicken and vegetable soup
Thursday: Lion's head meatballs
Friday: TBA
Saturday: TBA
Sunday: TBA

The following week is going to be full on as it is a drop of all sugars...refined and otherwise...general no meat except fish...hmmm will have to start thinking about meals now...

Sweet dreams...
