Last time I cleansed myself in preperation for pregnancy it was 1 week before I tried to conceive. This was a crash course removal of ALL sugar, refined and natural...needless to say I nearly died! This time around I am going to cleanse slowly over 6 weeks...
I start by removing coffee and any other beverage from my diet except herbal teas (particularly dandelion and nettle tea which is great for cleansing), vegetable juice (no added fruit or sugar) and of course water. This just covers the first week. Once my body has adjusted to that I will move on to the next thing, baby steps baby steps.
Today was my first day and I must admit I crashed at about 4:00 pm and ate a few lollies...tsk tsk.
I dream of being filled with energy, allowing my body to do what it needs to do to function. I am not going to slow it down with things that are hard to breakdown and hard to use. All in good time.
