Co-sharing dreams...

So as per my last post I am hoping to have bub in with me for a LOOOOOONG time, that is if bubs wants too of course.  That being said this time around I wont need to plan a nursery, I still however want my bedroom to be a santuary for baby and I...and for daddy too.  Currently my bedroom has;

1 Double bed
1 Chest of drawers
1 Bureau
1 Television
1 Very tiny built in robe

Things that need to be changed.  For our health I would prefer to upgrade beds...not to a bigger one as we will need the space for bubs but at least a better one.  The chest of drawers will be given to my eldest and we will get a set of drawers to go in the robe.  We have a spare room so what I hope to do is turn the spare room in to an adults retreat with the bureau and television and also use the room for guests (as we have another double bed) and as a bit of storage...I think that is a great plan...that way there will be heaps of room for bubba in our room and the change table.

So the two room will become retreats and I want to decorate them as such...most of the focus will go in to our bedroom...just decals and nice lighting etc.  I would also love this for when we bub is ready for their own room we can leave the room rather then them going to a new one??? we will see how it goes.

So how to design our retreat, hmmmm I tried looking on the web but of course that is planning and there wasn't anything dreamy about it...so I will have to dream about it and see what comes...here are some ideas anyway.
