I have never been in to buying clothes for an unborn baby let alone a child that is not conceived yet...however months before I conceived my daughter I bought a bib (a pink one) and booties...a lot of people said it was a bad idea, that I was setting myself up for disappointment. However I did it and everything was fine...I got pregnant the first month of trying and I had a healthy baby girl. While I am still not in to the idea of buying clothes for a child that is not yet earthbound I am attached to the idea of that special outfit that a baby has before they grace as with their presents...for a lot of people that is the coming home outfit...for my first baby it was a kimono style, wheat coloured sleeping gown...I shouldn't wait to get her into it...once I got over the whole 'why are we trying to dress her she has just come out leave her alone' thing!
Anyway I have been dreaming about what my two items might be for this future baby who is waiting above, never in my wildest dreams did I think it would be a piece of clothing...let alone a pant...these must be wilder then wild dreams as I could not take my eyes of these beauties.

I can imagine these on a little new born, fresh to the world with no top...skin rolling over the top...just lovely. I gravitated towards the blue but we will have a surprise so you never know.
Hmmmm maybe the fact that I have picked clothes is a bad sign...in my dreams there are no bad signs so there!
